Uniface Help - NOTFETCHED

I am facing a problem in Uniface... I am getting NOTFETCHED for a sub-entity. The structure is as follows: I have a form that contains nested entities (3 level). At the third level (child entity), there are 3 entities. Out of 3 child entities, values for 2 entities are being fetched, however, the value for the 3rd one are not. This is quite surprising because in another form, the same structure is working perfectly.
