php site cleanup(repost)

I would like a new look to an existing site. The site at the moment consists of three buttons with different pages (one with four tabs). What I am after is a re-organisation and re-design. I would like to have all the information on one page with different TABS (on the top). So there would be three main tabs (Call History, Panel, and Recordings). Then under these tabs would be the different information already shown but in a new style (preferrably similar to the Call History Style) or create your own style, but still use the bizitel logos (perhaps make it look similar to the [login to view URL] site). The styple needs to be uniform so that they all look as if they belong to the same site. Basically I need it to look more professional and easier to use.
