Move and Redirect Php Upload Script On Server Without Breaking Any Previous Links

I have a php script located at [login to view URL] (Location A) and I want to move the [login to view URL] file to [login to view URL] (Location B) in order to better organize the files. I can easily move the file on the server from Location A to Location B, however the question is, how do I keep the Location A url working properly so that people still think that Location A works, however on my server I only have to keep the file at Location B. The hard part is that my [login to view URL] script sends variables through post and does a file upload that is handled by $_FILES in the php script. I need all of the information to keep working seamlessly. I have tried some things but they haven't worked so I look forward to your input.
