I have 2 web sites that need to have all of the contact information pages linked into our Sugar CRM (Open Source version 4.5.1b)
Sugar and the web sites are all co-located on the same dedicated server with root level access.
Signup forms must use the same color scheme / template as the existing sites.
Further Information:
I only need 1 signup form per site, but I need links made to that page from the rest of the site. Some of the contact pages are currently emails, some are forms, etc. they need to be consistent. This will simply mean finding the form pages and replacing them with a link to the signup form.
Sugar CRM automatically generates the code for signup. The pages, however, are radically different than the existing web site. I need to take the Sugar form and change the format to match the web site.
Also, I need to add the capability to generate a notification email to me when someone signs up. This is not currently in the code.
I have attached a form generated by Sugar and the main template from my web site for examples of what you would be working with.
