VirtueMart Payment Module

I need a payment module for the 1.1.3 version of the VirtueMart shopping cart running under Joomla! 1.5. The payment module should interface with NetBilling and support its Direct Mode 3.1, as described in the documentation's Direct Mode section at "http://www.netbilling.com/docs/". The payment module need NOT support subscription and recurring billing. Ideally you should create your own ecommerce site, implement the above payment module, and once you get it working correctly, you would then provide us the files to copy to our VirtueMart installation, along with any pertinent instructions. The module should work with Apache Server v. 2.2 or higher, PHP v. 5.2 or higher, and MySQL v. 5.0 or higher.
