Small Joomla Project fixes needed ASAP

I need following modifications to JoomListings component of Joomla!, these are simple changes my budget is $50 for these changes. For item 1 and 2 I need zipped component Paid in 2 milestones 1) Make one image as the required field 2) Display the address fields in the title of the list like: Title - Address 3) Joomlisting component has integration with JomSocial, we have integration working but JomSocial is not sending email notification, I think problem is we are writing directly to JomSocial tables and not utilizing JomSocial API to send messages.
