Enhance website functionalites

I need a highly skilled PHP/MySQL developer who has experience developing classified ad sites who's also familiar with Fiverr functionality to integrate the following features into my website which is base on phpvalley script; Install logo, header image & other such appropriate .png files. as well as change the colors for background, buttons and so forth. Add "Post an Ad" button and make it functional. Correct the copyright year (i.e. 2009) in footer to reflect the current year (i.e. 2010). In the administrative back end; create subcategories for the main categories shown on Home Page so admin can easily add, edited or deleted subcategories. Subcategories need to reflect on the front end. Add gratuity fee (% or flat rate) function in the administrative back-end. Add "How does it Works" section in the administrator back-end so admin can customize this section of the website. Add functionality for the seller to have capacity to edit, delete or restore their Ad postings under certain restrictions. Add functionality to display the Seller's location (City, Country) in the ad listing and also on the associated full description page for ad. Add functionality to display related ads at bottom of an Ad's full description page. Add additional space between the Ad's main image and video (if one's upload by Seller). Resize the main image to make it smaller and add 5 additional image slots underneath the main image & between the video (if one is uploaded) relating to the Ad. Add "Report this posting" functionality, so buyers can report any potential ad posting as inappropriate to admin, which also sends an alert to admin. Increase the 450 character limit for job description up to 4000 characters. Add functionality for seller's to link Ustream and Vimeo videos in addition too YouTube video url link to their job (or Ad) posting. Please note would also like the seller to be able to utilize the embed code for uploading their prospective videos when placing their ad. Add functionality for Buyer to add $ to their balance or escrow for purchasing micro jobs and or physical goods from Sellers. Increase Job Price (reference drop down selection menu next to it) to infinite $ amount. Add "Swap" as a selection under the drop down menu towards the top of the price list underneath "Free". Add "Featured Ad" Listing Slider to display Ads across the top of the listings on Home Page. Add "Featured Ad" and "Date" to "Filtered by:" so buyers can filter Ads by "Featured Ad" or "Date" in addition too other filtering options shown. Add functionality to display Ads by the date they were listed by Seller on the Home Page of site as well as full description page of ad. Add Google Maps API to display item's location for physical goods being sold by Seller. Integrate MoneyBookers, GoogleCheckout and Amazon payment gateways as additional payment disbursement and payment options. Integrate UPS/USPS/FedEx API for shipping physical goods sold between Seller and buyer.
