Code ("drag and drop" and "canvas") in HTML5

I need a code to be HTML5 and certainly has "drag & drop" and "canvas" properties. What I want is the user can arrange some things on this site. The ideal is only a search bar to write the user is looking (for example a band) and appear in small windows information in this site and the facebook, the myspace, the wikipedia and (certainly) the youtube. Also, I want a space that can "draw" the user a picture of a site or from the desktop (or folder). I also need some small window of facebook, myspace, Wikipedia and YouTube want to display some information from the corresponding site. Where is the photo that the user (he has put in drag and drop) to write some information alone. The user can draw arrows from one window to another window to show the correlation.
