Java Ecommerce Tool for Custom T shirt Site (for i-thinkers)(repost)

I need a java tool or Flash tool created that will interact with an ecommerce site we are creating. the java tool allows the users to create a custom design on a t-shirt the tool will allow a user to add art, text or bulk names to a t-shirt and then once he is happy with the design the order is placed into our system we will be building everything for the site except the java tool I am open to talking about you building all of the site also it will be php/mysql to see the exact tool that we need please visit [login to view URL] choose a tshirt and then a color of tshirt and then you will be in the "Lab" that is the java tool and that is what we need ours to do also please make sure you can do all of the functions please send me examples of java or flash work you have done I have attached more information ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
