Search Engine Placement for www.presbylondon.ca

I currently maintain the website [[login to view URL]][1] which represents several churchs in and around London, Ontario, Canada. While the site can be found in Yahoo and MSN search engines (though it doesn't appear as high as I might like), it is not being indexed effectively by Google. I would like the site to appear in the top 10 hits for Yahoo ([[login to view URL]][2] and [[login to view URL]][3]), MSN ([[login to view URL]][4] and [[login to view URL]][5]) and Google ([[login to view URL]][6] and [[login to view URL]][7]) for the following search phrases: Presbytery of London Presbytery of London Canada Presbyterian Church London Presbyterian Church London Canada It is acceptable if the phrase "Presbytery of London" needs to be enclosed in quotation marks but the other searches must not require anything except the words indicated. Please know that I will ignore any bids that basically equate to 'Yeah, I can do it'. Your bid needs to include some information about how you are going to accomplish the task, what changes, if any, will need to be made to the site and how much maintenance work will need to be done to keep the site in the top 10. If you have any questions, please ask! I would much prefer to answer questions about anything that isn't clear ahead of time rather than have problems as the project progresses. ## Deliverables 1) all four search phrases above must have [[login to view URL]][8] appear in the top 10 hits for all of the search engines indicated above within 30 days. 2) all four search phrases above must continue to have [[login to view URL]][8] appear in the top 10 hits at day 40, day 50 and day 60. 3) a document must be provided that describes any 'maintenance activities' that must be performed in order to continue to keep the page in the top 10 hits for the search engines. The instructions in this document must be complete and accurate at a level of detail sufficient for a non-technical person to keep the site appearing in the top 10 hits. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Maintenance document must be supplied in PDF or Microsoft Word format.
