Search Engine Optimisation of an OsCommerce site

I own a computer shop in Australia, and currently my shopping cart system is using Oscommerce ([login to view URL]). Currently I have around 100 visiters per day to my site, but Im wanting to increase that greatly. What I want someone to do is to do some SEO and submission and bring me up to around 2000 visitors per day. I also want a higher ranking in Google (and maybe Yahoo) for their Australian sites (i.e. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]). At this stage I am not interested in high world-wide google rankings - just local Australian ones. I do not know much about ranking high in search engines, so that is why im wanting to get someone else to do it. Note: Money will not be paid if I do not get the increase to 2000 visitors per day for at least 1 week (maybe 2 weeks), and you will also not get paid if you do not get me ranked on the first page in Google for search terms like 'computers', 'hardware', 'computing', 'software' and other relevant computing keywords. ALSO NOTE: If you dont believe you can get me that many visitors per day or such high rankings then please still bid but let me know how many visitors you guarentee to provide me with and how high the ranking you will provide me with at least for each keyword. I am not expecting the impossible, so please be honest. I am only Interested in Australian traffic, so please dont try and get me people coming from Africa or Canada or Indonesia.
