Fix an existing wordpress theme "wptraveller"

The Problem: The theme "wptraveller" has the ability to enter 2 sets of GPS coordinates in custom fields in the edit post area. The theme displays the points on 2 different maps. One on the home page and one on each post. 1. When editing a post, both the “Post main location (displayed on homepage map)” and the “Post map details” sections need to have autocomplete work for the location, latitude and longitude fields. This means that when you enter a place into the location field, it will suggest complete locations and when you select one, it will prefill the latitude and longitude coordinate values. 2. For both map sections “Post main location” and “Post map details”, the pin on the map must be draggable to any location on the map. When the pin is dragged, the longitude and latitude coordinates should update. When the post is saved, the coordinates should also be saved and the site should render the maps with the pin in the correct location. This currently is only partially working. Now, if you try to drag the pin, it works if the place you drag to is recognized by google maps as a location. If the place you drag the pin to is not a recognized location, it does not update the coordinates. For example if you drag the pin to the middle of the ocean it does not update, however if you drag the pin to a land location, it does update the coordinates. 3. The functionality described in 1 and 2 are intermittent. Right now, sometimes they work, sometimes they do not. I can’t tell what causes this. They both need to work all the time for the requirements to be considered complete. It needs to work for both new posts and editing existing posts. 4. The next post button on the home page map does not work. Currently it jumps from one post to the next, then gets stuck and does not progress to the next post even if you click next. It should jump from pin to pin as you click next. The Fix: I am looking for someone that can fix the 4 issues described above.
