Voice muti language Messenger

Hi I need someone who is available to work right now because this project needs to be completed within the next 14 hours. I need someone who already knows these api's -Google Translate API [login to view URL] -WEb speach api [login to view URL] - Facebook book api so accounts can be made from fb accounts. What to create. The messager is just like email where you send and wait for other person to open. should have status icons and read I need to make a website that is basically just a voice messager so you record a message and send it to someone, To get someone you click random it randomly picks a users and you start a conversation, it then checks the person languege setting if it is not the same as the senders it send ti to google speech to text and then text to speach out put in the other person language. you need to be able to create an account from fb and locally. Everything can be simple and this can be consider a demo or beta not final product. The website should be a responsive webpage and work on mobile.
