Information Booklet/Folder

I'm in a need of a booklet (or folder with inserted pages) that will inform potential money donors about the activities of my organization (non-profit). The booklet is 10 pages long and will consit of text (which I have prepared), pictures (which I also will provide - your only job is to say what picture and where to put it) and quotes (also provided by me - you just find a nice placeholder). On each page there will be a patriotic theme - flags, eagles etc. (same throughout the booklet) as well as information about the organization ("letterhead" style). The cover should also be designed in a patriotic theme.
