Simple Flash Applet (Macromedia Flash)

To create a Flash, Shockwave or java applet like to this one: (please review the zip file BEFORE bidding) <[login to view URL]~[login to view URL]> But with different faces and sounds. All graphics are supplied and in bmp or jpg format and you can change the format to suit. All sounds (20 of them) are supplied in .wav format and you can change to format to suit. There also needs to be a speech bubble (supplied) which appears next to each face as the user moves the mouse over it. All captions will be supplied. A fully functioning mockup program written in Visual Basic 6.0 with all VB6 source code supplied. If you don’t have Visual Basic 6.0 there is an executable available that gives an idea how the end product would work and look like. Run the program and you will see exactly what is wanted.
