Project is an improved look and feel for the website [[login to view URL]][1] (approximately 10-15 pages HTML)
NOTE (additional information for bidders):
1. This project has been recategorized as 'small business' from 'medium business' as several bidders reported that they are not allowed to bid below $500 if categorized as 'medium business'.
2. I have change the bid deadline to March 17, 2005 because RAC will be down on March 18,2005 for updates.
3. **We do not currently have a company logo, but one may be proposed and bidders that propose this as part of the bid will be favored**. The desired color scheme is to be dignified - like banking or financial services. Possibly something like royal blue or dark blue - but a nice red or green may also be fine. Our business cards use Palatino with small caps for the company name - 'THE LEGACY NETWORK'.
Project is an improved look and feel for the website [[login to view URL]][2] The structure and content of the site are to remain, with the emphasis on a more professional appearance:
1. Update color scheme
2. Better looking buttons with mouse-over
3. Cleaner fonts
4. More approriate backgrounds (financial/business related site)
5. Addition of keywords meta tag (short list)

Please note the following:
1. I have added additional example websites to the project description as examples of sites we like
2. The minimum bid is now $100 as the project has been reclassified. Based on current bids, we do not expect the winner will be above $250 and may very well be far below $250.
3. Listing sites for us to view is very helpful in evaluating your work.
4. We value RAC ratings, but understand that unrated bidders have to have a first project, so all bidders are welcome.
Thank you for your time.
