Poker Site

I am looking to run my own Poker web site. So I need someone to write the code for me. I do not mind if the code comes from someone else and I do not have sole rights to the code but I would require resell right and rights that allow me to run the site. As this is a Poker card game site it would have to be ultra reliable with no crashs. If you have already done this type of site I would very much like to have a try on them at my own financial risk of course. The gamblings limits I would like to be able to set myself and I would like a maximum of three seperate games to be able to played at once with a max of 7 people per game. If you have any insight into this world I would also be very happy to pay extra for issues I have not considered. This is going to be a fun type hobby for me. Thanks Alex ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should be in java to allow it to run on all OS's.
