PHP/MySQL Membership - Some of this is done

My coder is never around and I need this done right away. Please don't respond unless you can dedicate yourself to this project immediately until it is complete. There are scripts that are completed, including the three tier referral and some of the forms. We have a test site that I can show you, but I don't want to post the address for all to see. I can privately email you that information. I realize this will be difficult to bid on, since someone has already worked on it. We will be very fair about paying for this. We will add bonuses or repost a project to RAC if it is found to be a bigger project than you at first thought. The most important aspect to bidding is that you have the time to finish this off and you are able to give me frequent updates. We need the member functions and the admin functionality to be completed. Below is what I originally wrote for this bid request. The points in red I just added. We have been designing a website that will be a membership site. We need to be able to have their membership expire after a certain time (depending on if they paid for 1 year, 2 year, etc.) and notify them when their membership does expire. (It looks like most of this is done) We also want to generate a referral code to each new member (turns out its a 3 tier referral system), so they can tell a friend to use enter that code when they sign up and users can earn cash or points by signing up their friends. (this part is finished and apparently works) There would need to be a way for members to look up their membership info and be able to track their referrals and edit their preferences. (I think this is part of the admin functionality that we need to be completed) As for the preferences, that would involve name, email, address, newsletter option, and an option to "cash out" their referral money. The "cash out" can just send an email to one of us that tells us that someone wants their money. Also, for a little while there is a checkbox for adding $1.95 for a travel certificate. (this is done as well) Other things we need: A coupon code area or something that lets us offer free memberships to our friends or family for a little while. Also, once an account is setup, we need a welcome letter sent, that may be done already but i wasn't sure. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php/mysql
