PHP: Fix apostrophe error & update editing page

I have a website that is written in .php. Basically, it is a small website that I am trying to start up as a small business. It allows people to log in, create their advertisement for their own business (i.e. name, address, education, number of employees, etc), and then log out. It is basically a self-running yellow pages. However, I have 2 things that I need fixed. They are: 1. It seems that if a person types in certain characters when creating their ad (in a variety of different categories), such as an apostrophe or quotes or whatever non letters/characters, it gives an error. I need you to fix this so that a person can type in ANY characters that they want and it won’t give an error. I need this implemented in each field where a person types in information (i.e. their name, address, kind of practice, additional information, etc). 2. When somebody creates an ad, they have their own unique username/password. I, as the system administrator, have the ability to log in elsewhere and edit everybody’s ad (as well as possibly extend their membership). Well, in the past I had somebody modify the screen where people edit their membership information to allow a bunch of new categories. However, the person forgot to likewise modify the system administrator page to reflect these changes. Therefore, right now, the system administrator page does not display/edit the majority of categories that a person sees when they edit their own ad and/or displays them wrongly. Therefore, I need you to modify/updated/fix the system administrator editing page to allow me to see/change all of the legal categories available ??" just like a user can do for their own ad. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
