Implementation of WorldPay and capture information to database

Design of the website has been done, we just need coder to do the following: 1)Implementation of Payment gateway (WorldPay) 2)Database that can be downloaded into a softcopy (excel or access format) for newsletter subscription and emails will be deleted if user choose to un-subscribe the newsletter 3)Capture the information of billing address, shipping address, First name, last name, city, country, contact number, emails and the product code CLDRSH01into a database that can be downloaded into a softcopy (like excel or access format). 4)Display of billing address, shipping address and the order total of the products on the shopping cart. (See billing summary [login to view URL]) 5)As there is a different in the shipping fee for different country, please check on the shipping fee at the shipping [login to view URL] file. 6)The List of countries to be displayed are also there. My client ONLY wants these countries listed. My Graphic Designer forgets to add in the country selection drop-down menu, please add it in for us. 7)They are separated by zones and the zone has different shipping fee. 8)An email confirmation of the successful purchase will be sent automatically to the purchaser. The design of the email will be done by us. But is it possible to generate an Order Number starting with HGOL0001, estimated shipping date to be placed on the confirmation email which will be 1 working day from the date of purchase in mm/dd/yy format. And the estimated delivery date will be 3 working days from the shipping date in mm/dd/yy format. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows server
