Fully Integrate Theme into Wordpress

We are looking for a expert in Wordpress to integrate our theme to use Wordpress as our CMS. Our theme resembles a magazine type theme. We are a biztalk radio company and our online websites lets our listeners read content (subscription based), watch our live tv show, listen to our radio show and find out more about us. We would be willing to purchase any wordpress plugins to get this job done correctly and nicely. Along with fully integrating our theme you will need to: 1. configure and hookup our live streaming video. We have the URL for the company that services it. 2. setup the advertising engine using a wordpress plugin so we can easily offer advertising space 3. hook up and configure the live stream of our radio broadcast 4. hookup and configure our subscription system to work with [login to view URL] Everything on the website should be dynamic and/or controllable using widgets/plugins. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
