Auction book site (REPOST)

I want to add a small auction section to my website to enable students to sell science textbooks. Sellers and buyers would have to sign up first by paying a small fee using PayPal. An admin facility will be needed, as will functions for categorising books into types, searching for books, along with an instant payment and standard bidding option swill be required. Buyers would have to pay sellers using PayPal and a facility to sign up and for my site to benefit from recommending PayPal is required. I would need a mysql database for security. See attached file for more info. This is a small project. Please only bid if you have done a similar project before. To win the bid you must tell me how you will approach the project, and indicate cost. We will need to correspond to agree the detail. However I need to be consulted concerning the design and major coding options and want the coder to keep me informed re progress every 3 working days. The bid is being reposted beacuse of an Expert Guarantee given in error by a coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The software will run on a commercial low cost hosted Windows 2003 server. No dlls or custom components permitted. You will have to fit the design around my site template-see www.dairyscience.info. I want a classic ASP solution but will accept PHP. I cannot work with ASP.NET.
