add reservations to Cre Loaded OSCommerce site

The site uses CRE Loaded OS Commerce. Please know what this means... Now to the definition: The site RENTS products. I want a quote for a reservation system for this website. The customer should have 2 options, checkout and reserve. Both would work similarly. Only difference is if the customer checkouts, it will directly rent the product. If he reserves it, he will choose a reserve date. The products have rent options like 7 days, 10 days etc. So reserve system should take these into account and figure out when an item is rented, when it is reserved and when it is coming back. Many items have more than one in stock, therefore it's more like a -1 to stock when rented or reserved. +1 to stock is done manually by site admin. BONUS: A bonus will be given if you also code it so that the payment is processed on the reserved date, NOT immidiately as customer reserves it. However this is not a big issue. After all, I will require all the filenames that you edited, added, created etc. Also which code you added. Putting comments in those files would be also ok to indicate you did which part. As I am the supervisor of this project, I need to keep track of the changes made by different coders. So far I have worked with few different freelancers to assist me in our projects and I am still looking for a long term relation. I hope you can also provide this confidence.
