Need backend database for the forms

We have two forms which the user fills in and it sends us an email. We want that there should be a backend database where the details should be stored of the user as well. Also, we want that the user details should be available via the URL in XML format. for example: [login to view URL] Attached please find the form details. Both these forms are almost same (some fields are different). We are using Coldfusion 5.0 and Sql Server 2000. We have several other tasks as well for this site which we want to get done one by one, so I am looking for a nice coder to easily interact with and get things done faster. Thank you.
