Video Converter - RM & AVI to NTSC VCD MPEG

Why choose [login to view URL] when you can get it coded at [login to view URL], Right? Hello coders, I need a program developed.. like the title states: Video Converter - RM & AVI to NTSC VCD MPEG. I have a bunch of .RM (Real Media ) Files, and .AVI Files, that I would like to convert to NTSC VCD (VideoCD) MPEG files. I've looked all over the 'net and there's just no great "freeware" converter utility that works fast, and does both formats, so, I've resulted to rentacoder, and I hope it works out good for me. This is what I'd like to see in the project: Conversion from - .RealMedia Files (Support all of them .rm, .ram, .. overall "Real Media Player files") AND .AVI Files, into NTSC VideoCD Compatible MPEGS. I use this one program called.. TMPEGENC I believe, some of you may have heard of it, it converts AVIs, but its very slow.. But it converts to the VCD Format I need. Anyway, I want these outputted VCD MPEG files to be legit files, and have my VCD Burning utilities like Nero, and some of the Ulead VCD Creation softwares, be able to manage the mpegs, and not pick them up as invalid. Second, and most important, I want this thing to work fassttt. I understand it can't "Click, Done", but I want it to be coded to work as quick and possible and get the job done right. I would like it to use ALL my system resources It needs to get the job done as quick as possible, without crashing my computer. I have a AMD 1600, w/ 256mb RAM. Third, I'd like to be able to process many files at once, although, I am not a coder, but I do not know if that's possible , managing the video, and audio streams of several files all at once.. I'd also like it to show the simple "yeah of course itll have this " stuff: Progress Bar Time Remaining: Finally, I am not expecting to get a grade A program. Serious. I want to get the job done, and this doesn't have to be big and flashy. Just a simple program that can do the job, simple.
