Hi We would like to develop a image editing software application that has the same functionality as www(.)ABCphotoDEF-warpGHIingJKL(dot)MNOcom. To view URL, just remove the Capital Letters ABC DEF GHI JKL MNO You would be developing a software application, not a web or flash application. We prefer that it is developed in Java and must use an open source image editing library such as GIMP. All of the same functionality would need to be integrated with a clean easy to use interface and buttons. The key features to emphasize are these 4 features: expand, shrink, stretch and reconstruct. The interface and buttons should be bright and fun with hover-over descriptors and extremely easy to use. The application should run clean and fast. Trial Version - We need developed the ability for trial users to download a trial of the software that allows them to demo the product for 2 days. It would be fully functional software with the exception of the time limit, plus it would force our watermark on all photos edited from the software that are saved. Once the 2 days has expired, it doesn't allow you to edit photos any more. A nag screen should come up giving the user the option to “Buy Now” or “Cancel and Exit Application” Paid Version - should allow you to insert a 16 alpha numeric digits to ‘unlock' the software perpetually. Installer – The software should include a standard installer (not custom built). Key Generator license – The software should include a standard key generation licensing tool (not custom built). Operating Systems - This should be run platform independent. Software - All rights to all source code developed would transfer to us. No source code developed for this project can be reused or resold to anyone else. All developed source code must be original and legal. Terms – Escrow service of our selection required. Phase 1: We will pay 15% into escrow upon selection of the provider. Phase 2: We will pay 25% via escrow after a fully-functional downloadable Demo version with all the features requested in the specs has been completed that we can try out. Phase 3: We will pay 35% via escrow after fully-functional software along with a Trial version has been completed and transferred to us for testing and easily identifiable bugs to you are fixed. Phase 4: We will pay the remaining 25% via escrow after all source code is transferred to us. You would need to agree to fix any bugs we can identify for a period of 1 month after final escrow payment is made to you. This must be a very high-quality application. If we get to Phase 2 and we do not like what you have done and you cannot bring it up to our standards within 2 weeks of you posting the Demo, all funds will be returned to us from escrow. So do not bid if you cannot provide a high-quality application. Prefer providers with good experience in image editing applications, Java experience and good feedback.
