Filipino Programmers: IE, FF toolbar needed.

Hey, I need a toolbar made. It needs to be compatible with FireFox and Internet Explorer. Here's what I would like the toolbar to do: - User downloads the toolbar. - User installs the toolbar. - User Configures The toolbar - User is able to put an email address into the toolbar and the toolbar sends an email message to that address. - User is able to import address book from yahoo mail, gmail and msn mail. The email message that is defined by the user. The purpose of that message is to send the link of the website that the user is currently viewing. - The Toolbar needs to be compatible with Aweber (autoresponder) The user is able to select an option to email all the users of the toolbar with that email message. The user is able to precreate the message with the link and send the same one to everyone or make a new one each time. You'll also have to provide the GUI and design for this.
