silverlight+Flash clone of WPF Application for limited features

**The project is to create WORKING silverlight+Flash clone of following features of WPF xbap web application.** Features to clone of the wpf application: Feature 1) Login/ Logoff and Buddy Management Feature 2) Audio Telephony and Conferencing Feature 3) Multipoint Video Conferencing Feature 4) screen+audio recording The Existing WPF application has all the features implemented. But, silverlight 2.0 does/doesn't seem to have webcam and audio support in API. So, the feature 2 and 3 will work by running a copy of Red5 (an open source flash media server) on the server. This Red5 version will have to be modified to convert the Audio stream to RTC SIP. The video codec will have to be converted as required. Conversion algorithms will have to be provided through the open source ffmpeg library. The only thing this option would not handle is physical screen recording; E.g. screen casting. Screen casting could can be handled via a downloadable exe: --> Create a windows exe that uses large part of the wpf application code for these features ( screen+audio recording). Silverlight Users are asked to download an exe and simply run it. The exe captures content and sends it to server. And the server builds silverlight compatible content and streams it back to silverlight, which is then shown on silverlight screen.
