Secure DVD Content - repost

We need following things in respect to that: 1) A GUI to give access to videos of those DVDs. 2) Feature to add licensing to DVDs based on time duration. Ex. 6 Months License, 1 Year License. 3) Feature to make sure no content can be copied from DVDs. 4) Feature to make sure the videos can't run without DVD inserted in the PC/Laptop. Software that will get the above things done should be highly secure and not hackable. Full Milestone will be created initially and will be released only when the full testing of the software is complete. No partial payments for partial work. Only experienced developers wanted.
