I have a very old "mainframe" application that must be converted into a "web app". There are approximately 110 pages in the "mainframe application". I have screenshots of all the mainframe screens. So, your job is to re-design the system so that it is a modern "web app" with great navigation, great validators, datetime pickers, workflow, user friendly GUI. For the programming, you will use asp.net, ajax, html, javascript, css. Since this phase of the project is just "design phase" you will just program it to be a prototype. You will not be using a database at all. For this design prototype you should just hardcode everything. I will review your final work and give you adjustments to make it better. You must be extremely good with your "business analyst" skills for this job! This job is 50% analysis and 50% programming! When you submit your bid, please tell me how you will approach this project. I have attached the powerpoint of the mainframe screens, I will send you the password for the powerpoint if you ask for it.
