Outsource business

The group of companies I work for are looking to buy or invest into an existing outsourcing company to work on our internal projects as well as external projects. I'm particularly interested in Eastern Europe and potentially up and coming outsourcing countries. We cover VoIP, IVR, ISP and Mobile devices for the mobile work force. The technologies we use across the group are: Code - PHP - Python - C# - ASP .Net - Web Services DB - My SQL - MSSQL - PostgreSQL OS - Windows - Linux/Unix - Windows CE - Asterisk The projects we have in the pipeline are: 1.)
