make a php/ASP Custom CMS for easy website builder and online directory with mobile app solution

make a php/ASP Custom CMS with the ability to control everything from one main panel ( QuickPage) the idea is to create fast and beautiful website with a simple and easy to use solution for my clients and for me to manage from ONE location. i want to be able to administrate any of those websites from quickpage main control panel but i want each of my client to have there own user name and password and only access the ability to change there content or add a page , sub pages, pictures , videos, links etc...they do not need to view all my other management tools...- content management software solution (CMS) -upload single or multiple pictures at once -upload videos ( youtube or other Video content embeded code ) - Add and edit main pages and sub pages - add on buttons with different colors and fonts and shape - add links - add Icon for Youtube, twitter, facebook - ability to import themes from wordpress, joomla, artisteer, or brand new themes design - ability to store these themes in a library to be used on another project and simply change colors , log, layout , buttons, fonts etc... maybe you can recommend other important functions we can have on software , Please NOTE : I DO NOT WANT TO USE WORDPRESS OR JOOMLA , i want to create new software Also i want to be able to use quickpage to create ONLINE DIRECTORY with an APP MOBILE ( please only progrmmers that know hoew to create mobile app contact me ) that will be connected with quickpage or other name we can use for project
