CRM Web application modification and upgrade to ASP.NET

We have a small CRM web application in classic ASP and database is SQL Server 2000. We need to upgrade to ASP.NET and to do some modifications. Application includes about 20 .asp pages and a database with 8 tables and 2 views and 0 stored procedures. Asp pages contains just the structure of the functions calls and most of the functions are in a single file .asp We have 2 interface with 2 different CSS, one standard and one narrow for mobile devices. Code (variables name and comments) use english and italian language so it is important that coders know both english and italian. Developers should know very well classic HTML, CSS, ASP, javascript, SQL 2000/2005 with querys, views, stored procedures, indexes, keys, DTS, SQL install and backup operations. Developers will work with us via email and Instant Messaging. See attachment documents for detailed list of modifications and for full application files. We use our web application to manage tasks so we need developers to compile at the end of each day an online report of all tasks they made with list of modifications made. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
