E-commerce/Shopping Cart

I want to develop a storefront with a shopping cart where customers can top-up their prepaid mobile phones after a PIN code has been issued out or displayed on a customer's browser. But prior to revealing the PIN code, customers have to choose how much they want to top-up (in prices of 5,10,15,20,25, and 30)followed by entering their bank details in order to complete transactions. Only after the customer's bank details have been verified and found to be true will a PIN code be displayed on customer's screen, else an error will be displayed on screen and the customer will be given another chance to key-in his/her bank details. NOTE: I already have series of PIN codes of different prices,which can be grouped in a database. ## Deliverables 1)Specifications. 2)All designing phases. 3)Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 4)Well commented source code. 5)Program documentation. 6)Test plans. 7)User guides. 8)Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s). specified in this bid request. 9) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Internet Explorer ## Deadline information NOTE: The transactions requires real-time processing, which presummably requires to open a merchant account with any company/bank that can process transactions in real-time. Please do advice incase you've a better way of doing this. I will need to fully review and test the finished product before it gets approved. The reviewed work along with my suggestions will be forwarded to the coder for debugging. After I am satisfied with the work I will then issue my approval to release the funds to the coder. Once again a bug free product is expected to be delivered by the above mentioned deadline.
