Working experience with Realtyna & OSE Membership, Joomla PHP, HTML, AJAX and CSS is a MUST. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you do not have experience with these topics This is a new real estate website with Joomla 2.5. The price however will be fixed based on the amount of hours needed per phase. Send your related projects and how much experience you have had with Realtyna. Please note I am also looking for someone to build a long term relationship with so this project could lead to more work in the future. Team member will be given a breakdown of the phases once selected. Please note milestone requests will be awarded per phase and not a lump sum. Example, if a phase takes 10 hours to complete at a rate of $10 per hour than your milestone request will be $100 as that would then be the fixed price.
