Photoshop job for simple birth announcement task

I had a 5"x7" design made for our son's birth announcements. When I took the design to the printer, I realized the cards we are using actually have a back side as well. Rather than leaving blank, we were thinking of using a photograph I took of his hand and foot prints and putting them over a plain background on the back side (so 5"x7" image is needed). I would like to hire someone copy the left hand print and right foot print from that image and put side by side over a plain background (see plain image for background color). I would like to use as close to actual measurements as possible for the hand/foot prints. The actual measurement of the hand print is 2 5/8" x 1 7/8" and the foot print is 3 1/8" x 1 3/8". Thank you!
