Illustrate Something

Hi, We are looking for an excellent illustrator to develop the homepage of our website. If the homepage turns out well, you will be allowed to design rest of the pages of the website. and also a logo project. Content - Content is already there on the website. Images - We have some images but most of the images were given to us by our previous designer. We can give you what we have if neccessary. We want a design where we can feel time and thought went into creating it. Not some put together stuff. The candidate must be highly creative to work on this project. Deliverables must include all vector files , jpeg and html. We will pay $70 for the homepage and $20 for the subsequent pages if all goes well with this project. The designs must be mobile responsive. So it should not look ugly when accessed from mobile and tablets. Milestones will only be made when you show 1st mock up. All elements must be hand drawn using Adobe Illustrator. No exceptions. Best.
