I run a talent agency and have pictures coming in every day that constantly need to be worked on. I myself am good with photoshop and have been doing all of the photo editing myself. However Im traveling more and cant keep up with the volume. The style and the way they are done MUST match the rest of the site. I of course am picky as it is the entire look of the site. So when interviewing to not waste either of our time please put your best foot forward. Its an ongoing job with 100s of pictures thatl need retouching and editing. The Interview is a 3 Tier Process of Working on a proper photo, a small image and then to do changes to see how well you take direction in fixing the image to my liking. If your more of a tech person - this job is NOT for you. This job requires someone that is an artist. My budget is 2$ per picture - Being there are many, many pictures that need to be edited. Thank You
