fashion photographer wanted in paris

Hi UK based professional commercial photographer with extensive fashion experience (please see portfolio attached to profile). I am a 40 minutes drive from Newhaven (Dieppe ferry) and two hours drive from the Channel Tunnel terminal. I speak fluent French. However, does this have to be in Paris? Male models in France are VERY expensive to hire, easily EUR 200 per hour each. If I could shoot it here - in Arundel, Chichester or Brighton for example, my travel costs virtually disappear, the models are much cheaper (about EUR 65 per hour each), and costs overall are reduced dramatically. I have personal contacts at both Arundel and Chichester Cathedrals, and Chichester Cathedral and Chartres Cathedral in France were designed by the same architect. It looks French. We even have pavement cafes. I may be able to get use of Chichester's Bishops' Palace Gardens. My bid is for me for one full day, and excludes travel and models. If I can do it here in the UK, and it only takes three hours to shoot, for example, it will be much cheaper. Without knowing how many items of clothing there are, this has to be a holding bid.
