Perl Smith-Waterman implementation - открыт для заявок

If you can help me and did Smith-Waterman algorithm implementation, I don not have much time for this. I have implemented Nedleman-Wunsch which is done, now I need to implement different algorithm as it is written in the instructions. You can use ReadScoringMatrix like last time, I just need to implement Smith-Waterman algorithm. And implementation must be without lilbrary, can you finish this in 24 hours ? Greetings
