Patent - research to understand, find prior art, give recommendations

I wish to file a patent with the US patent office, multiple claims that may quite possibly have prior art. I require the successful bidder: a) Research virtual machines and containers (such as docker), to the point you understand it and can explain it to others - it is necessary for this patent. b) Perform prior art search on the points, providing written report and links to prior art c) Provide a written analysis/suggestions on the patent, such as 1] Strength of the patent, and things that could be clarified or made stronger by me 2] Will it be stronger/safer to split into multiple patents, if so, how and how many 3] Anything that could help it succeed should it go to court. If done well, and based on your feedback, I plan to create a new milestone for you which is rewrite and draft the patent(s). I require someone who has drafted over 50 patents before for the USPTO and has recognized legal experience.
