I need a artist

Curious to find out what it would cost to have a painting done of my fiance and I. I am looking to have a 1950s gangster style portrait done with me in a 3 piece suite with a Tommy gun and cigar and the fiance in a long flowing red dress to match the era. I have plenty of pictures of the both of us but not in the attire I am looking for. Looking for about 24"x24". I have no idea as too what this would cost, please inform me if I put the project budget too low.
