Small Customizations on an Odoo 11 Ecommerce (up and working on EC2 AWS)

We need a small customization to the existing ecommerce process as we sell services not goods: - It would be nice to change the default term Quotation QTN with PROPOSAL “PRO“ in documents, documents protocol and in portal - Sale Order, default odoo, term must be changed with ENGAGMENT LETTER “EGL” “ in documents, documents protocol and in portal - Ecommerce Site must be organized in “section” it would be nice to have different colours o Categories: Training, Consulting, Engineering o Sub Categories (two level) please see the enclosed xls o Each category has multiple products (see enclosed xls) must be translated in Italian and English. Odoo must recognize user language using registration info and display data in the proper language - Each category (or product) must have its “optional product (services) ” that can be purchased. When the customer select a “main service” then optional product will be displayed. It would be nice to have flag (tick box) for each optional products. - These optional products will define the Terms&Condition of the engagement letter that will be sent with the Sale Order (proposal) - Also we need a template to import/export products
