• 4+ years of backend and frontend software development experience with expertise in JavaScript, Node Js, React Js & databases. • Experience working with mockups and making them come to life. Relevant technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Invision, Sketch, Figma • Familiar with MVC/MVP/MVVM software design. Relevant technologies: Angular, React, NodeJS. • Explain how the backend affects front-end experiences more than just performance. • Works on a team following Agile sprints that are customer oriented. Relevant technologies: JIRA, Confluence. • Familiar with build tools and build pipelines including continuous development (CD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous testing (CT). Relevant technologies: Github, Jenkins, npm, Selenium, webdriver. • Knows about Amazon Web Services (AWS) or server hosting eg: EC2, S3, NodeJS, Windows/IIS, Kubernetes, including containers such as Docker. • A benefit to understanding a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to aid in debugging is a plus. • Relevant technologies: Postman, cURL, Web Inspector, Swagger. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major.
