Hi, I'm Kareem. I checked the link that you provided in the project description. The sendsei has a .NET portable class library to be used in .NET applications. I have experience in developing AddIns for Microsoft Outlook using C# and VSTO in .NET. It seems the .NET library (portable class library) is only available for registered users, since I can't find it on the given link. If you have registered on the website then you might have access to that library. If you provide me that library and access key then I can build a VSTO add-in for Outlook which will integrates the library to send sms from within the add-in.
