Developing API Using Node.JS

My name is Jeremy Trammell and I Represent a group of developers and designers in Portland, Oregon, in the U.S. We have extensive experience with Javascript, and with node, and we would be happy to assist you in the development of your API. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any actual information about the API you want developed in the attached document. I see a lot of information about how you want it done, but not what you want done. If you can provide us with a description of the actual scope of work (what the API will do, what commands you want implemented, ...etc.), I would love to place a bid on this project for you.
