We are looking for a SQL database developer who is familiar with and has utilized the ShoreTel ECC Contact Center system. We need someone versed in the ECC database schema who can create queries and procedures to pull dynamic data on our ECC statistics directly from the database (or from a replicated database). The final format for all queries and procedures will be in MS T-SQL format. If you have database level experience with the ShoreTel ECC contact center (version 9 preferred) and are familiar with the schema and data sets, please respond and we will provide you a direct requirements specification of queries and procedures needed.
