Google cloud FTP, database creation and mysql client

I have over 20 years experience building Linux servers and deploying MySQL and recently MariaDB. I would likely script this in bash and use inotify or similar to import the CSV file. The CSV file must be formatted properly to support a LOAD INFILE call otherwise it may require additional work/cost to massage the CSV prior to import. I can deploy on a GCE instance or Digital Ocean. I have worked with both extensively as well as AWS, Linode, Vultr and a few others. You will need to provide me credentials to access whichever provider you choose. I will likely be able to adjust bid amount down a bit once we can discuss the specific details of your project, but without knowing more I set it at the posted amount with 2 milestones. Thanks!
