Hi There, It seems you like create a Contract Management App (CMA) probably contract creation app. The probably flow would be like this (correct me If Im wrong): Probably you are running a business where you send contract to buyer (customer) and seller when they agree to on contract terms. The contract can be downloaded from drop box account. The contract terms like invoice and account probably handle with third party application possibly Myob accounting s/w. What kind of business and contracts we are talking about, can you tell me a bit more about the way this works and operate offline for you? Whether there will be profile and login for buyer and seller and staff as well? Is it paid app? Who can download it? What will happen once user download contract copy? Would it be editable? I have ground up couple of mobile apps using Ionic framework, one is photo sharing called PhotoBucket while other is marketplace for car dealers and app name is DealerConnect which was built using native SDK. I would like to know more details probably the app requirement so we can take this to the next level.
