I am looking for a developer that can work with a CentOS server that can handle the following: 1) Automatically download updated files from an ftp server on a daily basis 2) Unzip the files 3) Parse CSV files by extracting specific columns out of the files. 4) Import the parsed file in to a MySQL database 5) Run a script to review a column in the table for all entries prior to a specified date and copy the data to a new table All of the following already take place, the issue I am facing is that when the files are being broken up and imported in to the tables they are not reading the files correctly and importing the full files in to the tables.
